The Workforce

• A workforce drawn from a diverse pool of over 4 million workers in New Jersey, including over 150,000 scientists, technicians, and engineers - the highest concentration of technical talent in the nation.
  
  
• A workforce drawn from a pool of over 500,000 skilled workers in the immediate region. Amongst Middlesex County residents, ninety-two percent (92%) are high school graduates, twenty six percent (26%) are college educated, and nine percent (9%) have post-graduate degrees.

• A workforce served with commuter bus service by New Jersey Transit, which operates local service throughout the surrounding area and shuttle service to and from Irvington and Newark.
